
Dr. Alina de la Torre was born and raised in Tampa. After graduating from the Academy of the Holy Names High School, she earned her Bachelors in Science degree from the University of Miami. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Florida in 2005.
While attending dental school, Dr. de la Torre was a member of the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) and President of PSI Omega Dental Fraternity. After earning her dental degree, she completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education of General Dentistry. During this year, she became Invisalign certified and studied at the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry.
Dr. de la Torre is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Hillsborough County Dental Association, West Coast Dentistry, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. She is also a member of Aesthetic Advancements from which she has received certification in both Botox Cosmetic and Dermal Fillers.
Dr. de la Torre loves spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Cheena. She also enjoys exercising, watching movies, shopping, and outdoor sports.
